It sounds like the walk through will be in August, but I haven't been contacted again yet with a specific date and time. The only updates I received during the past 15 months were when I asked my broker how things were going and even then they were vague. Basically just kept saying construction is on schedule. I'll post here if I find out anything more.
Does anyone know what is being built next door to 44-27 Purves street? If it is a condo do you know were I could get some information on buying an apartment?
