I have some pictures of this site that I took about a week or so ago that I'll post tonight.
Interesting location...the exit/entrance ramp for the Queensboro Bridge is directly behind it.
There's also a cool building for sale right down that block that has a garage entrance on Purves and one for the second floor directly across the street from the Arris lofts. Right now there's a car repair shop, Khan's something-or-other operating.
