This one is directly across the street to the West from the MetLife building at Queens Plaza (on the North Side of Queens Plaza). There used to a day care place on the ground floor before this building was built. Now I think there is empty commerical space on the ground floor.[/quote]
Some more info on this place. It's a 66 unit condo, with part time doorman, and video intercom. Sales starting in "fall of 2005" which obviously didn't happen...
I think one of the reasons people don't talk about this place that much is its further away from the Queens West LIC. I think queens plaza is just a really really scary place at night (much more than the QW-Vernon area...)

What's so scary about QW-Vernon area? I've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and have never felt unsafe.

Sorry, was probably completely misunderstood/misspoke. I find the QW-Vernon area very very VERY safe... I find the queens plaza area very sketchy.

becca declines to share with us that she visibly carries an ak-47 at all times when walking the streets.
