I find it really difficult to drive out of LIC between 3:30pm - 8pm on weekdays. If you need to go east during that time, Forest Hills is a much better place to start from.

csk, do you mean this apt? I think it is rental only.

I think that's somebody already subletting one of their condos in the building. The Windsor (that crazy apartment building in FH) is probably the most expensive place in Queens (one bedrooms were starting 600k.)

I've also attached a link to the Windsor's official site. Nice building... mostly marketed towards older folk who want to downsize from their Forest Hills Garden's mansions now that the kids are away.
