I look for that tower to be completed about the same time that Queens West is finished--that is to say, about 2045.
In the meantime, here's the description of the building with the most unfortunate name. Perhaps "The Queens Plaza" will help Queens Plaza become a shade less distressing. The developers better hope so.

The 10-story red-brick building with 66 condos is close to topping out, with sales to begin early next year. The building will have a doorman, and most units will have private terraces. nickv where did you get that information and picture from? The description on The Real Deal page I previously linked to def does not back up that image, nor does this article on The Developers group website. I am interested in information about that building.
