S'interesting, Jake. What the estimated start date, 2036?

Can't wait to hear what the nabe has to say about that design. Maybe the terra-cota factory could be plunked on top of it, like the plastic figurines on a wedding cake.

That is one huge project! And right next to Queensbridge. Of course, there's a power plant right there now, so it'll be interesting to see if this project ever gets off the drawing board.

Yes, but that power plant is supposed to be up either this or next year. Remember, it was only a three year deal till the built the new one.

I'm confused. There's several new ones over in that area now. And they look like they'll be there for awhile. WHich ones are you talking about?
