well i went by the building couple days ago the structure is up but its a good 20 block walk to the (n/w) train station uphill!

And Long Island City encompass' Hunter's Point, parts of Astoria, Ravenswood

i live in 11106 and Astoria or LIC works for my addy

once again...you get your facts wrong ...there are two "metropolis realty" offices in Astoria, not related at all. Hallet's Cove is being marketed by Metropolis Realty located at 37-10 30th Street, LIC, NY 11101 and they don't do rentals. I believe their phone number is 718-729-1133.

Really 20 blocks? How long of a walk would you say to the subway station?

Well i am not your typical NYC speed walker so going from 21st to 31st takes about 10 mins. so figure about 20 mins walk.

We are seriously looking into the Hallet's Cove Condominium at Vernon Blvd. & 31st Ave, and was hoping to re-start a discussion on the building/neighborhood.
