One of your technicians who is built like a truck refused to pull forward a credenza with me to look for the cable because he said it's none of his business and not his job!!! You would think that Time Warner customer service after charging you an arm and a leg would tell you about their supposed policy of not moving even the smallest piece of furniture out of the way or at least tell you to expect a sissy technician to show up at your apartment and let you figure out the rest!!!

Can you switch to RCN? That's who I have for TV, Internet and phone. ---Very happy with them.

I left Time Warner a long time ago. They were always so rude. I would switch!
