How do I submit an event to the calendar?

To submit an event follow these easy steps.

  1. Go to "My Folder" in the upper left navigation, once you are logged in.
  2. Choose "Event" from the "Add to Folder" drop down.
  3. Fill out all the information you have including date, start/end time and description and click the "Save" button.
  4. In the "State:" drop down, select "Submit" to submit the event for approval.
  5. Once the event has been approved it will show in the calendar on the day of the event.
