sadly yes - kind of like the allure of a car wreck.

anyway, happy to see that the library may still happen.  although i must admit that i'm not fully believing it until it's actually getting built. 

i stopped by the area a few weeks ago - very nice to see all the new buildings getting close to completion and/or having move-ins.  it's going to be quite the hustle and bustle over by the V-J nexus in 2 years time.
