Anyone know the reason they replaced an empty tree pit with a flagpole this past week?

I took a picture of it yesterday, I will put it up when I get a chance.

I much rather have seen another tree, but a flag pole at least don't die. :)

We need tons more trees here, not less.

I agree, but it seems like they can't keep them alive.

Maybe we should just plant the place with tons of those "bachelor" plants that can't be killed.

hi kyle - I believe that the addition of the American Flag has been a long time request on the part of FOGP.  That empty tree pit happened to be the perfect spot for it.
