Now that the trash and excess dirt/rubble has been hauled away from the library site - I see the site markings and other early prep work.  Are they going to tent the whole thing to decontaiminate the soil (like over next to the View) or will the pile driving start any day now?

As far as I heard. The soil on the land is not contaminated and they should be starting the construction sometime in August.
