Is it my imagination, or is there some construction activity/site work on the waterfront just to the North of the Pepsi sign?
I was referring to the actual waterfront, it looks like they are preparing the bulkhead and about to pour some of the concrete on the rebar that has been exposed out there for months.

I live right on top of that mess. I watch it every day. I am convinced that someone is paid to move a big pile of dirt from one place to another every few weeks...
What a joke! That eyesore will probably be there along with the toxic mess that is supposed to be the library site until the next decade...

I tell ya, you've really gotta have a sense of humor if you been watching them doing this all these years.
You're right dohnation, they have moved several piles of dirt back and forth, back and forth.
I only wish someone could've documented the movements with a time lapse camera and put it on YouTube.
