Gotcha- yes, we're moving into Hunters View, so now it makes sense. Does anyone know the times for hard hat tours?

I don't know if those move in dates make sense - Hunter's View does not even have windows in yet, much less interior finishes - It also takes a while to get an inspector out to issue the CO, so I wouldn't bank to heavily on those dates being firm.  If anything, I can see OHP ready in 70 or so days, but even that's a stretch.

Anyone hear/see anything differently (besides from the broker, who cannot give a straight answer to anything?)
