Upgrades?  What upgrades?  They talk to me about any upgrades when I went into the sales office.  I thought all that stuff was standard. 

I haven't bought there yet, but I'm very interested.  I thought glass shower doors were standard?  And I didn't know that upgrades were possible.  Can someone shed some light on this upgrade thing?

The upgrade in question is the glass shower doors added to a tub/shower setup. The true shower stalls in  the  2 bedroom units in Hunter's View have glass doors standard. Other upgrades include different wood cabinets in the kitchen, wood wrap-around on the kitchen counter, and a safe installed in one of the closets. These were the upgrades made available to those of us that purchased earlier, though what they are offering now you'd have to ask. Perhaps they are standard now, who knows.

When the buildings first opened they offered a choice of kitchen cabinets at an additional charge. However, now that occupancy is upcoming they needed to order kitchen cabinets for sold and unsold units so unsold units now have a certain finish. Therefore, some of the available units will have walnut, bleached oak or zebra and I'm told they chose the finish for unsold units based on the ratio of finishes for sold units.

2 Bedrooms have a stall shower with glass door in the master bedroom and a shower tub combo in the common bathroom with shower rod. The upgrade email was just sent to us and it states that for a certain amount of money a glass sliding door can be installed in the tub common bathroom to replace the shower rod.

Safes cost an additional 750 bucks. Good luck.
