anyone else get the shower upgrade email? Any thoughts?

also, went by the HV site yesterday. Very sceptical that Sept. 1st closings will happen. Windows are going on too slowly for the interiors to get finished.

yeap, i don't know what the "going rate" is for installing glass showers but I think for $675, I could probably get 8 different and exquisite shower curtains to change around whenever i feel like it. doesn't really seem to add up..=)

are the windows up for HV not installed yet? OHP already has their windows and ac/heater units installed, and our completion date is mid oct. Skeptical about that too, but i'd be rather surprised if HV doesn't even have windows yet and are scheduled to be done earlier than OHP.

supposedly the interiors of HV are farther along that OHP. The walls are all up and taped all the way up to twelve. Foreman claimed in early July that he would be off the site by Sept.1, give or take a week. That backs up what the sales office has said, but I don't think they are keeping pace with their schedule.

I think $675 for the sliding doors isn't too bad of a price, unlike other upgrades which seemed quite expensive compared to having it done yourself, like the safe or the island wrap.

Was that upgrade letter only sent to HV people? 'm planning on buying a shower door for my place in OHP, so I would be interested.
