Look like both One Hunters Point and Hunters View condos are selling well. Both are considered “moderately priced” condos at $485,000 to $1.2 million and $500,000 to more than $1.1 million, respectively. These prices have risen about $100K since they first went on the market, so “moderately priced” is a relative term.
