Don't think we can findn out, well not for OHP anyway. They're not going to have walk throughs until October now because they are so busy with the building. It looks like they most of the building painted on the outside. The color contrast is growing on me. People buying OHP, are you locking your rate in anytime soon? I know they said closing for at least the 5th fl will be before Novemember. The rate has been going down for the past few weeks. I hope it keeps going down.

hi I've been lurking on the boards for the last few weeks and am close to signing a contract at Hunters View. I was on the 6th floor last week and there is still quite a bit of work to do. The floors are not in and the kitchen/bathrooms were still bare - no appliances/counters/etc. The HVAC units were waiting to be installed. I personally don't think they will close until December or January.
