After two years, my fiance and I are moving out of EastCoast I. at the end of August. We want to stay in the LIC, Hunters Point area but we would consider Astoria too...

We are looking for a 1 bedroom rental in a non-luxury building from September 1st.

Hi Anna, Robert and Bailey - I have a suggrstion.  Stop byArmy/Navy store on Vernon which is also office of Hunters Point Community Dev. Corp.  See Terri.  Take in your info - phone#, Status such as1 cat, non smokers, professions, etc.  She knows some landlords in non luxury bldngs and has been very helpful in finding people apts.  Good luck!  Hope you can stay in the neighborhood.  If you want to get in touch with me, click on my user name in the member section to get my email.
