For those in 4720 or 4705, did you use a broker or go through the leasing office? Did you get 1 month free rent? More than 1 month? Any advise on who to use to get the best deal?

avoid the brokers and go right into the leasing office. You should be able to pull off 1 month free.

Going with a broker is just adding an additional person thats unnecessary.
