I am thinking about this building for my next apt. What is the status of the amenities? It does not appear that the parking garage is open, date? Thanks.
Just spoke with leasing office and they said it's scheduled to open December 15th. But the lady felt personally that it won't probably open until Jan 1. They if you already live in EastCoast 1 they are taking your name and number and will call you when the garage is opening. And this is only if you're interested in a monthly.
cjwardak, interesting enough, I went into the leasing office and was told, the garage would open Dec 1st, and there is no wait list or anything.
