EastCoast Development by Rockrose
Up to EastCoastRockrose Development will be building seven new residentional buildings on the old 22 acre Pepsi Plant site which will be called EastCoast.
There will be over 3,300 new apartments built on about 22 acres with a mix of rental and condos. Rockrose bought the land for $20 million but transferred the ownership over to the Queens West Development Corp, which is leases it back for a $1 a year.
