EastCoast

Up to EastCoast

The original Rockrose development is now split into two with TF Cornerstone being the developer of six out of seven buildings on the old 22 acre Pepsi Plant site which will be called EastCoast.

There will be over 3,300 new apartments built on about 22 acres with a mix of rental and condos. Rockrose bought the land for $20 million but transferred the ownership over to the Queens West Development Corp, which is leases it back for a $1 a year.
