LOL=Laugh Out Loud=funny.

Unfortunately I have not yet had the opportunity, or funds, to go back. I need to eat few more times at Micky D's to save some $$$, recharge, then go back. But soon, soon!

We tried Tournesol on Saturday night. What a great addition to the neighborhood! The food was delicious (we had carrot soup, pate, monkfish wrapped in bacon, sole filet in filo with roasted artichokes & mushrooms),the prices moderate, and the service warm. Try the creme brulee for dessert. Yum!

So, Penny, if I offer you a penny for your thoughts, and you give me your 2 cents, do I have to make change?

A review... (video)

LONG ISLAND CITY (WABC) -- We discovered a quaint French bistro in Queens that's helped revitalize the area around it.

"I came here one day. I came out of the subway. I saw the church. I saw the place, small village. I said, 'wow, it's nice.' Feels like you're in the country," said Pascal Escriout.

That's how he found a home for his bistro, Tournesol, at 50-12 Vernon Blvd. in Long Island City.

The restaurant opened in 2002 and continues to grow.
