Incorrect Presumption

The board is *NOT* asking for power of approval. To make such a misinformed comment suggests that you didn't actually attend the shareholders meeting last month. Either that, or you missed the point entirely and assumed the worst. Please get your information from a neighbor who did go to the meeting or refer to the shareholders meeting post.

They aren't, "asking" for approval but actually saying they want to screen the kind of people who want to live here. You obviously have never lived in a real coop before to know about the politics.
