This is how much the outdoor renovation is going to cost:

Just kidding. We should definitely do a serious study on the cost of upgrading our outdoor space because we will all get a great bang for our buck. Plus it would be a space that many of the residents will use.
I'll see Jake's 5 cents and add my own 2 cents:
I think the tennis court and patio area is really underutilized. I'm not a tennis player but I'm very active, and in 10 years I never once used the courts. Now if there was an attractive BBQ or sitting / sunning area, well I went sunning and laid down in goose poop at Gantry Park probably 30-40 times over the years and my wife twice as much. An attractive, well designed outdoor area would cost money but would overall increase the value of the building and our apartments...and probably piss off the hard core tennis players to no end (not that I intentionally want to do this, just stating the facts). A pool would be interesting but I'm sure it's prohibitively expensive to build and then to maintain so while that would be cool I think its probably an unrealistic stretch. If anything was done their our model should be the original Avalon building.

Curbed had some good pics of the Rockrose roof deck - here is that link.

Personally, I think that this kind of useable outdoor space is a much bigger attraction to a much wider group of the Citylights population or potential buyers than the tennis courts could possibly be.
