I was told today that another cat has fallen to their death today. This is very sad because for years Citylights has told pet owners to put screens in their windows and not allow their pets on to the terraces. It is sad because it could have been prevented. I think there has been either seven or eight cats that have fallen to their deaths over the years. I hope everyone lears from this one and we never have another.
