Great news. It's been long enough!!

I am curious as to why the scaffolding has been up for so long, at least 3 years, anyway.  In the meantime, countless buildings have been built from nothing to completion in less than a year.  I would think that with the high maintenance fees Citilights residents pay that they would be able to complete the job in less than 6 months.  I would be furious if I had to deal with that if I lived in that building.

I always avoid walking under the scaffolding because I am afraid it will collapse (and I fear for those little kids in the school).  I have never seen anyone checking the scaffolding to make sure that it is safe.  I don't think scaffolding was designed to be permanent.

As a prospective tenant are there any updates on the completion of this project? Heard it was supposed to be completed this month. Does that time frame still apply? Should it at least be completed come Spring?

I'm not around during business hours but I've yet to notice anyone ever doing any work.

According to what was stated in the Shareholder's Meeting the work should be completed at or before Thanksgiving.  They are currently working on the terraces and that is probably why they are not seen hanging on the facade.  Lets cross our fingers hope they finish this.

they will find work until our common fund is depleted. that is what they have been doing, and will continue to do. Ask anyone in the industry about DNA...
