Stop Work Order on Citylights
Up to Citylights Discussion
I think I remember reading that the shed covering near Center Blvd. was looked into before and the verdict was that it was necessary to remain in compliance.

Good news this cycle:
Daily Bread case settled.
New laundry room contract negotiated for new front loading washing machines, floor, ceiling, covered drain trenches and compliant bathroom door,
Pigeon nets installed on the 4th and 5th garage floors. 3rd floor is next.
Carpet installation starts tomorrow on floors 2-5. Decision not to start before the extra 4th of July traffic was a good one.
Re-painting of the aerobics room at the request of the Health Club Committee and a third coat of orange - at no charge,
Door lock needs a new Health Club computer and has a priority after the front desk, offices and loading dock are installed and networked (all computers property of and removed by Cooper Square). The IT vendors progress is disappointing to all of us.
The facade work, started last year, stopped because of residents concerns.
Thanks for the updates Larry. What does it mean when you say the Daily Bread case was settled? Do you have the details? Thanks
Hi dd,
Please log into BuildingLink and in the library section review May minutes to shareholders for details.

The facade project was shut down again for 3+ beautiful working days because a resident called DOB complaining that 6th Floor terraces are unsafe - even though no residents are allowed on the 5th or 6th floor common areas and terraces! If this continues, we will have no shot at our balconies and terraces being finished at the end of this season. Perhaps DOB will realize that this complaint, like the last one is not valid. As stated before, it is anyone's right to call DOB, even on a resolved issue, and DOB will always error on the side of safety and shut the project down for any reason, costing us additional time and money.
