Or the Avalon South staff dog walkers who don't pick up unless challenged.  I nailed one last month and he acted as if he didn't know, even as he watched the dog do his number.

As everyone knows I'm a dog owner who picks up Peanuts ....and sometimes others who have forgotten...This AM I was crossing the street (I believe it was 50th.st.) going to Gantry Park and there were (2) very LARGE piles of....I can't beleive it was anyone that lives in Citylights, their are no dogs at CL that size that can produce that amount. 

How about this - getting some close circuit cameras around CL and then seeing what and who....maybe if  "THEY" see a camera pointing at them it will make them do the right thing.

Could be the Avalon South's staff that walks a Bullmastiff.  I also saw a pregnant woman with a Scotty and a Great Dane coming from the direction of Avalon South.  Love to see her apartment in a few months!
