WASHING MACHINES....

What's up - I thought we got "NEW" machines? Everytime time I go down their there are at least 3 machines that are NOT working-along with the 2 large machines that have been out forever (well at least 3 weeks) I first was told that they were waiting for a part, then was told that they make noise up on the sixth floor by vibrating, can't that be fixed...? Today I went down and along with some of the machines being out the cash machine is also NOT working, I don't know about anyone else but somehow I DON'T want to charge my wash, if I wanted to do that I would send it out. Can't we get washing machines that work?

Also, I think that we as shareholders should be informed as to the building personal-where is Steven Yearwood and is he coming back?

I agree completely with you, but didn't write anything because I wasn't sure if the large machines were out the whole time between me doing laundry.  But, the last two times, both big laundry machines were out and this last time, I counted - Of the 8 big machines, 4 were out of service!  What is up with that??  The company we use needs to be held accountable for an acceptable fix time.  I understand things break, but to have machines out this long is unacceptable.

That was my rant....  Hopefully, when I go to do laundry this weekend, the machines will all be up and running...

The 2 large laundry machines are STILL not operating....  This is going on about 1.5 months!  I would think that we should be able to get new replacement machines if this laundry company cannot fix these machines in a timely manner.  If anything, we should be getting money back from our contract because they are not living up to their part of the deal by providing us with machines that work.  I understand sometimes things break down, but it should not take months to fix!

It was the noise of the machines that was the problem.  The people above the unit could hear every cycle of the new big machines - more than the old.  We are working on the problem.

Thanks for the update Larry....  I can understand the noise issue, but maybe the company can put in the smaller washers (like the ones next to it) until they come up with a resolution.  There are times I try to do laundry and the big ones are occupied.  This would at least help that issue.  It is just a waste to have no use for that space while figuring out a solution - if it was a week or two, it would be acceptable, but it has been a month and a half and we don't know how much longer it will take to fix the problem.

Thanks
