So nice to hear from you - we still talk about you here in LIC - your next visit you will not recognize the place!

Rents have taken a slight dip for 1 bedrooms of your size.  Original condition K line recently rented for $2000 with owner picking up the renter fees for the board package.  It has gotten a little bit busier of late - and the spring time market is usually the better market for more activity.  People prefer Citylights because we are a much quieter building - and K is a good line.  Good luck to you!
