Parking

Does anyone think Citylights shareholder's parking should be subsidized by our above-average maintenance / common charges? The parking lot usually are half empty. Might as well give back the benefit to the shareholders.

I thought the non-residents already pay a higher rate.
The parking lot is already pretty full during the peak hours, but maybe someone knows the capacity and usage numbers more.

I think the prices for unreserved spots for residents (approx. $150 per month) are towards the low end for the neighborhood.
I used to pay $300 at Avalon Riverview. I understand the Avalon North parking lot is huge, and cheaper for the residents.

The other thought is, if you drop the price for the residents, and more residents do take many more spots (questionable assumption)
Then do we have spots left for non-residents to get a higher rate from them.
Please take a look at the forum rules and FAQ section.
