Letter in Laundry Room

Posted by john_ryder at October 01. 2008

There is a letter in the Laundry Room (three copies) pertaining to the election process that makes some extremely serious charges. Does anyone know if the points that Mr. X (I won't name him) made in the letter are accurate?

Were votes really counted every single day leading up to the election?

Surely the board will respond to these charges. Silence could be like "no comment." Most of us voted in good faith for the candidate we preferred.

If any of the accusations is true - he should resign TODAY.

This was my 10th election since I've been here - I've never personally voted for him and don't know any one of my neighbors who ever has.    Makes me wonder... especially since I voted for Mr X

The letters have been removed from the laundry room. Since I heavily doubt that Mr. X took them out, this is a disconcerting example of shareholders' right to expression being violated in the worst way.

If anything, the need to suddenly "silence" the message lends even more credence to it. If anyone is able to post the letter here please do so. It will reach more shareholders that way.
