Here is what we are paying so much for

Here is what I wrote to Patrick and here is his responce, I find this troubling.

Question)

Still waiting for answers to who asked the elections services to open and
count last years ballots.  This will not rest and I will write to you and
every member of the Board until it is found out and reported to the shareholders.

thank you.

Answer)

Election Services is hired every year to open and count the ballots. That
is what they are hired to do subject to a review by the inspectors of
elections.

I waited a couple of days for this masterpiece of writing.  This is a man that we are paying 50% more then we paid Cooper Squear and hired an assistant for.

That answer could be smug, but it's possible he was just answering your question since you didn't specify that you want to know who requested daily tally reports of incoming votes & proxies before election day. (I think that's what you meant to ask, yes?) Can a shareholder just contact and ask election services, or does it have to be a board member?

I agree with freezedried. The answer was certainly reviewed by a lawyer before it was sent and any good lawyer would advise to answer the question exactly as it was stated, not offering any information beyond the specifc question asked.

...especially if it will be aired anonamously on this website.  Why don't you meet with Patrick?
