Hi.  I have a transaction pending with the Rose Associates closing dept. for two weeks now.  They don't respond to my emails and every time I call, I get V mail.  Is it just me or do others have this problem as well?

But wait...if you do happen to get someone on the phone there is another layer of reluctance & incompetence.  They never want to do anything and make you think your asking them to do some incredible task and doing you a major favor.  Then you pass that stage and insist, they throw their hands up and say all the things that gives you absolutely no confidence in them actually doing the task correctly - to the point that you just say "forget it".

I see.  So it is widespread.  Well, hopefully somebody on the Citylights board is reading this thread and can give them feedback, and maybe they'll improve.  I guess I'll just have to keep emailing/calling them....
