It seems Doug missed the November Board meeting, 2 months in and he is at 50%.  I am glad the wise people of Citylights thought to re-elect Doug who lives in the building and misses half of the meetings and not re-elect Cindy who may or may not live in the building but never missed a meeting and worked her butt off for the shareholders.

It is frustrating that he very often doesn't attend monthly meetings. I did not vote for him in the last election because of that.
