Somebody posted the below article on the Neighborhood discussion page. It sounds like the Emily Spa is moving to one of the other buildings. Anyone know if this is true, and if so whether something else might be coming?

The owner is expanding and will have 2 locations - the nail salon at Citylights and a second location with haircuts and other spa services.  It is nice to see the commercial locations filling up on the waterfront!
