Rob has been nothing short of an exceptional concierge.

How about a new poll? Who is the best concierge in Citylights?

If Bobby was still behind the desk he would win hands down.

thanks for confronting me on the way I handle my business but for the record. This is a PUBLIC board to discuss POSITIVE and NEGATIVE THINGS. If you DO NOT like it than you should not read it. I am just stating the FACTS. You should get use to it--life is what it is. And the last part was not necessary. I do not wish bad luck or health problems on anyone not even Rob. I am just stating that Rob should consider being tranfer to a smaller and more manageable building-- what is wrong that statement.[/quote]

Maybe you should move then you will not have to deal with him :)

Rob chooses who to be nice to and defintely has an attitude problem. Period. I have no objection to his leaves (whether medical or otherwise) because I'm always glad he's out. I think management would do good to replace him for good. Dave, Steve or Seraj would be my personal pick for the day spot.

I've always found Rob to be extremely helpful and courteous. There are times when he can't answer a question immediately because he's busy with someone else, but that doesn't make him rude. And in reference to his playing favorites based on financial considerations, he knows my occupation and can therefore guess that I'm not in the upper tax brackets.
