I passed by the place the other night. Looks like a cool spot to hang out, with a kind of early SoHo feel in its structure.

Has anyone dropped by? Saw it open on my way to Manetta's but haven't stepped in yet.

I had lunch at Ten63 yesterday. It's a great little cafe. The space, which the friendly owner said was previously a sculpture showroom, is open and inviting. TW's comparison to early SoHo is entirely on-target. The food was good as well.
It's a fine addition to the neighborhood; I'll be back, for sure.
