There has been a lot of speculation about the developments at the corner of 11th street and 48th Ave and 5th street and Borden Ave but now we can call them the Hunters Point Condos.

Hunters View will be located at 48-15 11th Street which is on the corner of the big 11th street and Vernon Blvd crossing while One Hunters Point will be located at 5-49 Borden Ave across from the LIRR and right down the street from the Foundry Condos. Not much else is known about the how many condos other than the usual marketing blurbs about kitchens and ceilings. The website doe indicate that they will have parking which is always good.
