New EastCoast Visit & Photos
Yesterday we got a tour of the first building to be built on the Rockrose EastCoast site, 4720 Center Blvd. As an exclusive QueensWest.com feature we have the first pictures of the EastCoast model plan including the proposed 20 story condominium.
Our tour of 4720 Center Blvd included two studios, a two bedroom, a three bedroom and the fitness center, all of which we have published photos on.

- 4720 might include a coffee shop
- The next building will have a membership fitness club with an lap pool enclosed on the top of garage
- The condo in the third building already has a waiting list
- There is an area in front of 4720 that will be a private raised park for residents
- The extension of Gantry Park will include a huge boardwalk and a wetlands area
